Chicken Curry translates into Indian as “Kodi Kura”. It is a simple dish that’s cooked on regular basis at home. The curry is light and fresh with a hint of chilli. The flavouring is from cinnamon, cardamom and cloves. The curry is cooked at the final stage in a creamy yoghurt mixture combined with cashew nuts, coconut and poppy seeds paste to give it a consistency similar to that of a korma. It is best served with steamed rice.
